The hardest thing of the 7 1/2 things for me has to be "Use Technology to your advantage." Why? Because until 2000, I'd never touched a computer in my life, and only shortly after that did I learn about email and the internet, and all on my own. This technology is growing faster than I have time to keep up with it, it seems.
